About JJC's Child Development Program
At JJC, you'll get the experience you need for a career in Child Development. JJC's program offers:
- Expert professors with industry experience
- Pathways toward immediate employment or transfer for bachelor degree programs
- Academic advising and 2+2 plans in order to teach Early Childhood Education (ECE) up to the second grade
- An on-campus Early Childhood Education Center learning lab and preparation for Illinois Gateway's ECE credentials
- A variety of electives so you can customize learning based on your individual interests
- Day, evening, online and hybrid classes
