Community Classes in Romeoville

Joliet Junior College’s Romeoville Campus is the place to be for community classes! This beautiful, state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located near Interstate 55’s Weber Road exit at 1125 W. Romeo Road in Romeoville.

JJC’s community classes at the Romeoville campus include many options to enhance your skill and further your career, discover the amazing world of 3D printing, explore a new hobby and much more.

Inside the campus’s two buildings, you’ll find a variety of teaching spaces, including the 3D Printing/Virtual Reality Lab, kitchen, collaborative classroom, science labs and computer labs, making it an ideal place for our growing community and continuing education program.

This spring, JJC's Center for Continuing Education is offering a variety of community classes at Romeoville for all ages.

  • 3D Printing/Virtual Reality Lab Open House

    Monday, Feb. 2 | 5-7 p.m. | Free
    Explore all that you can do with 3D printing and virtual reality in Romeoville! JJC employees will be on hand to discuss your project ideas and help you become familiar with the lab's equipment. Registration for this free event is appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome.

  • Build a 3D Printer Free Information Session

    Monday, Feb. 2 | 7-8 p.m. | Free
    Interested in registering for our popular Build a 3D Printer class? There will be a mandatory, free information session inside the 3D Printing/Virtual Reality Lab to allow students to meet with the instructor, review course objectives and ask specific questions before enrolling in Build a 3D Printer (LLC 5895). Please email makerlab@jjc.edu if you have questions or can't attend the information session and would still like to build a printer.
